Unleashing the Power of CiviCase: Case Management and Workflows
Over the past year, CiviCRM has enhanced its business automation tools -- tools which adopters can use to organize, design, schedule, and automate common interactions between staff and constituents.
This session will present an overview of CiviCase and a case study using out-of-the-box features, followed by a case study extending those features. Using the example, we will:
* Discuss the benefits of using CiviCase
* Demonstrate key screens
* Introduce workflow design topics such as timelines, pipelines, and activity diagrams
* Summarize features and tools available for customizing workflows
