Missouri Credit Union Association
This case study will highlight an end-to-end CiviCRM project. In one major upgrade, the Missouri Credit Union Association migrated from their legacy CRM (Computility) to CiviCRM and also redesigned and reimplemented their website in Drupal.
We'll open the kimono and share the ups and downs of a project that touched every part of this organization and all their members over almost a year. We'll cover the technical and organizational challenges and what worked fabulously / what we would do differently if we had to do it all over again.
International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA)
IMBA, a 501c3 nonprofit membership organization with 80,000 financial supporters and over 400 US clubs, migrated from a legacy CRM/database solution based on Convio and an antiquated database to a CiviCRM/Drupal solution. IMBA's primary goal was to build an architecture that would support the need to integrate mission and business systems with a loosely affiliated federation of clubs. Ultimately the goal is to build a cohesive, chapterized grassroots organization.
A little over a year after IMBA's CiviCRM launch, IMBA has integratred its own operations, along with the operations of 77 chapters, into a single permissioned instance of CiviCRM. We'll explore the challenges of integration and the successes of a community using a unified CRM to achieve a shared vision.
